2014 Epiphanies

“I’m a free spirit who never had the balls to be free.”

In pursuit of my passion for only one person, I lost the world..I have been revolving around the center of my heart barely touching base with the world and alienating almost everyone, that my phone now barely rings.

I have lost and won fairly.

  1. Hello from California. In church today my friend handed me the poem you posted years ago called “After a While” by Veronica A. Shoffstall. It was what I needed today, it gave me courage, hope, understanding. I read it out loud to my 23 year old daughter at lunch today. I cried and she did too. Your mere act of posting this means a lot to this 50 something woman around the world from you!

To give back I urge you to read “Love is in the Details” fFound on the blog Days of Deepening Friendship for Women Growing Wiser dated 06/08/2009.

Also, you might find “The Pale Blue Dot” by Carl Sagan of interest on youtube.

I wish you a blessed new year.
